Measure from the tip of your longest toe to the back of your heel, standing on a piece of paper with your weight evenly distributed on both feet.
If your foot is wide or has a high instep, we recommend choosing a larger size.
If you have high arches or wide feet, we suggest going up one size. If you have flat feet or narrow feet, we suggest going down one size.
The foot length of both feet should be approximately the same in most people. If there is a significant difference, please refer to the measurement of the larger foot or consult customer service if the data seems incorrect.
